• Non-Refundable: All payments for completed services, delivered software, or attended academy sessions are non-refundable.
• Payment Confirmation: Clients are required to share a payment screenshot via our WhatsApp group for verification.
• Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in project suspension, cancellation, or additional administrative fees.
• Currency Fluctuations: Prices are listed in USD and PKR. In cases of significant currency fluctuation, prices may be adjusted accordingly for future engagements.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables specifically created for their project, including custom code, designs, and content. However, the following remain the exclusive property of SKILLVEXA:

• Our proprietary frameworks, internal tools, and reusable code libraries.
• The SKILLVEXA brand name, logo, and all related visual identity assets.
• All website content, marketing materials, and course curricula.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of our website or educational materials without explicit written permission.

8 Software License Terms

Ready-made software products sold by SKILLVEXA are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by the purchasing client. Unless otherwise stated:

• The license is valid for the specific number of terminals or branches specified in the purchase.
• Support is provided for the duration stated at the time of purchase (typically 1 year for POS systems).
• Reverse engineering, resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of our software is strictly prohibited.

9 Academy Enrollment Terms

Enrollment in any SKILLVEXA academy bootcamp is subject to the following terms:

• Attendance: Full attendance is expected. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled without prior notice.
• Recordings: Live sessions may not be recorded or redistributed without our permission.
• Course Materials: All materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or sold.
• Refunds: Course fees are non-refundable once the bootcamp has commenced.
• Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior is required at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive.

10 Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of vulnerabilities. Clients use our software and services at their own risk.

11 Warranty & Support

We stand behind the quality of our work. Ready-made software products come with the support period stated at the time of purchase. Custom development projects include a limited warranty period during which we will fix bugs or issues arising from our work at no additional charge.

The warranty does not cover issues arising from:

• Client modifications to the delivered code or configurations.
• Third-party software, hosting provider issues, or hardware failures.
• Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized access by the client or their agents.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.

12 Termination

SKILLVEXA reserves the right to terminate or suspend any service engagement at any time in the event of:

• Non-payment of agreed fees.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our team.
• Any other reason we deem necessary for the protection of our business and reputation.

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any outstanding payments owed for services already rendered.
